The rooms they gave us were pretty cool, and they even had a hot tub on the balcony 🛁. the hotel was in an awesome spot, super close to a protected reef and where all the cruise ships come and go from.

Great beachfront location. The hotel is set in a resort area, which is nice! We got upgraded to a Royal Suite, and let me tell you, that room was amazing! It had a killer view, a hot tub, and a balcony where we could chill. 😎

The hotel's location near the golf course was marvelous. The rooms were absolutely great, luxurious, and had a terrace and balcony. Top-notch service was offered during our stay. The hotel is conveniently situated near the beach, cruise ships, a getaway, and The Melia Cozumel.

I went with my wife on my honeymoon. Super good spot on the island. hotel is very clean and facilities are very comfortable, if there is something to emphasize; we would highlight the tranquility and privacy that the hotel offers... We also thought it was a good idea to have two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, with an ocean view and a bar inside the pool. Highly recommended!
only negative point was our visit to the Mexican restaurant last night, where we had no reservation. We understand that it was our mistake not to reserve a table, restaurant was almost empty and waiter refused to feed us. In the end, captain intervened and gave us a table, although he only brought us 3 dishes and we were left hungry (because we didn't have the possibility to order starters). That said, food at the Mexican restaurant was really good.

The staff, the hotel situation.
buffet does not correspond at all to that of a hotel of the Melia chain. From the 2nd day of our stay the food buffet was made in the place where the snack was offered until then, dishes and kitchen service were totally inadequate. Dinner was served in the theatre where the day before there was a show, our table practically touching the theatre platform, buffet served on tables in front of the seats and no kitchen service at the moment and minimum 'buffet' dishes. It has been a total degradation of the standard of the Melá chain, at least to what this chain offers in Spain. Finally the amenities of the room for a 4 * hotel unbearable, I even had to ask for a shower cap to which I replied that it did not correspond to the room where I stayed (the price if it was 4 * but the quality at all). I do not recommend this hotel at least for Spanish people used to Melia service, I certainly will not return.

Booked a double room with a hot tub, and the hotel is right by the beach.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it a quick and easy drive upon arrival. Guests also enjoyed the beautiful beach with chairs readily available, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-stocked, with a spacious bathroom and all necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes.
Some guests mentioned that the Wi-Fi connection could be improved, as it was sometimes slow or unreliable.

The food here is exceptional, the service is wonderful, and you can enjoy a breathtaking ocean view from the room; the room itself is peaceful, spacious, and the bathroom is spotless.
